At the 2007 Annual Conference of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), Steve Hawley participated in the panel moderated by Gary Arlen, entitled Wisdom (or at least good ideas) from the Seers and Soothsayers, on Monday April 16.

In February, 2007, Multimedia Research Group Inc (MRG), released IPTV Video Quality: QoS and QoE, written by Steven Hawley as Senior IPTV Analyst for MRG.

The first IPTV World Forum - Latin America conference took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on January 30-31, 2007. Steven Hawley of Advanced Media Strategies was Conference Chair for Day 2 and a panel participant on Day 1. A PDF version of the conference program remains available.
