The fourth annual IPTV World Forum conference took place at Olympia, London, on March 12-14, 2008.  During the conference, Steven Hawley of tvtrategies conducted several panels and a video workshop entitled “Video Quality or Bust!”   A PDF version of the full Conference Catalog is still available for download.

Steve Hawley moderated sessions in the conference tracks entitled “DRM: Securing the Future of IPTV” and “Content Production Potpourri” - part of the “Telecom 2008@NAB” conference which took place within the 80th annual conference of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB Show) on April 16, 2008. 

On June, 17, 2008, Steven Hawley, as Sr IPTV Analyst for MRG, moderated a panel entitled IPTV QoS and QoE - Service Differentiator in the Battleground of Competition, part of the Technical Track of the ATIS TechThink Conference at NXTcomm 2008 in Las Vegas.  ATIS is the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, a key IPTV standards organization. 

In July, 2008, Steven Hawley led sessions at the IPTV World Forum North America conference, part of the IPTV World Series conferences produced by UK-based Informa Telecoms and Media.   The conference took place on July 22-23, 2008, at McCormick Place in Chicago.  The conference brochure is available

The 2008 TelcoTV Conference takes place at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.  Steven Hawley of tvstrategies will moderate the panel entitled “Middleware Strategies,” on November 12, 2008, at 4:30pm.  See you there!
